Bunning will head to Cereals with two high specification manure spreaders to help promote the Back British Farming message that has been excellently communicated by Jeremy Clarkson, whose farm plays host to this year’s show.
Cereals’ new location of Diddly Squat Farm is likely to draw thousands of showgoers, making it one of the most popular Cereals shows in recent years. Bunning will show two spreaders at Cereals to highlight the benefits of accurately applying a wide range of organic manures.
A Lowlander 150 Hybrid Twin Vertical Auger (TVA), and a Lowlander 175 Horizontal Beater and Spinning Disc (HBD), both fitted with weigh cells and Isobus rate controller, will demonstrate how high outputs and accuracy are possible. Ben Johnson, UK and Ireland sales manager, says the two machines are suited to the audience.
“These two models are popular with arable customers and contractors alike, as they offer a mix of manoeuvrability and output, coupled with technology options that improve load-to-load accuracy and recording. Displaying both a TVA and an HBD model allows us to demonstrate the benefits of both designs and discuss requirements with end users to ensure they get the right model for their farm.
“There’s strong demand for high quality spreaders as growers and contractors are looking to organic manures such as chicken litter, sewage cake, digestate, and traditional farmyard manure, to offset the high artificial fertiliser costs. Our machines are spreading a valuable product so require a high degree of accuracy to ensure the materials are applied correctly and to the right areas of the field and crop,” adds Ben.
Bunning will be on stand 641, which is next to the Diddly Squat arena.
