With our continual development programme we use a state of the art 3D CAD system, which we have recently added a Stress Analysis (FEA) package to.

Manufacturing Process

All of our workshops are equipped with the latest in manufacturing technology. Our equipment is continually updated and now includes a state of the art, semi automated plasma cutter and a dynamic auger balancing machine to aid the 60 strong
work force.

Paint Process

All machines are shotblasted with aluminium oxide prior to being painted.
They are then coated with a two component primer and left to cure. Following this procedure a two component top coat is then applied before being baked over a duration of several hours at 60°C.
